Utopia World

This is my fifth time staying at this hotel, so I definitely have something to say :) We always came during the high season before, and everything used to be perfect — entertainment, evening shows, food, imported drinks, and every day a lady made fresh gozleme. Since we were returning guests, we were even invited to a free dinner at the à la carte restaurant. This time we came in November, and unfortunately, things are not as good. The selection of food and drinks is smaller, there are no real activities or evening shows anymore — just karaoke and a disco. No one is making fresh gozleme either. The staff seems quite relaxed; they pour drinks filling only half the glass. We called and asked for bathrobes, but instead they sent someone to fix the safe. By the way, they take away the bathrobes a few days before departure — you can guess why. I’m also curious if they’ll invite us to the restaurant again, but I have a feeling it might not even be open now. It’s sad that you get less, yet the price remains the same. So, if you plan to come, make sure it’s during the peak season. UPDATE. Tomorrow we’re already heading home, and it turns out this is the hotel’s last week of operation. With each passing day, there’s been less and less of everything: sunbeds, food, drinks. There was enough to eat — we definitely didn’t go hungry — but both the quality and the variety have clearly decreased. Drinks at the bar are running out and not being restocked: white champagne, better-quality whiskey, and draft beer are all gone, and that’s it. There haven’t been any events on the main stage, and the aquapark hasn’t operated a single day while we’ve been here. It’s quite unsettling when you just want to relax and enjoy some quiet, yet all around the staff are cleaning up, packing away umbrellas and sunbeds. It shouldn’t be like that. If you’re open and hosting guests, they shouldn’t feel that the hotel is closing down. That’s disrespectful.

I would like to share with you my experience, because this time it was unique. We chose to rest in UTOPIA WORLD Alanya, a perfect world! Everything was wonderful! I had booked the room in the house, but when we arrived I was not offered a studio in the hotel, with a small surcharge. The view from the huge terrace does not allow me to double and immediately accept. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit and we were presented with a gift, a beach bag with the hotel logo and glasses wipes! The hotel is located on a hill, from where a divine view is revealed in all directions. Wonderful nature and location, a combination of sea and mountain with many amenities and options for every taste! The food is delicious and varied! Lamb, veal, chicken and various fish in abundance. Soups, appetizers, salads, pickles. Lots of fruit and a fresh juice machine. A variety of baklava, tolumba and cakes. Every evening with an emphasis on different national cuisines, and on Friday evening seafood - different fish, octopus, squid, mussels, king prawns.! Special children's menu. Variety of branded drinks and nuts. Good coffee, and wonderful espresso in the lobby. Many bars and restaurants, including on the beach. The mini bar was filled every day with cans of beer, Pepsi, Fanta, juices, soda and water! The rooms were cleaned every day! Very friendly staff, everyone tries to make you feel comfortable! The animation is very good for both adults and children! The rich and varied program, exceptionally live music. Foam party for everyone. In the lobby in the evening the piano was played. There is a constant bus from the hotel to the beach, as the distance is great, passing through the banana plantation! Beautiful park, with separate places for pigeons, rabbits, ducks, chickens and roosters. And many places for relaxation, from where you can admire all these beauties. The water park was huge, with a variety of slides and entertainment devices. Everything was perfect! I'm sure I missed something, but it simply cannot be described, it has to be experienced! I wish everyone such a vacation! I've been to many places with many stars, but this is the top of the top! This is the first place I will definitely return to again! Thank you very much!

Отличное расположение, удобная кровать и подушки, для меня очень это важно. Дружелюбный персонал. Красивая, большая и ухоженная территория, хороший садовник. Весёлые вечера в баре Лагуна.

Старые и ужасного цвета полотенца в номере и на пляже, думаю им уже лет 20. Невкусный коктейли и алкоголь. Мы были в октябре, в бассейнах очень холодная вода. Курятник под моим окном, очень напрягал, так как я слышу все шорохи, утреннее пробуждение кур мешал . Уборка очень хромает.

Me and my wife had amazing vacation at Utopia World Hotel. We stayed ther from 17 - 24 september and we enjowed our holiday. .First wellcoming from reception staff was exellent .Special thanks to manager Evgeny Kim who helped us for acomodation and with everything to make our vacation unforgettable. It is a privilege for the hotel to have a personality like Evgeny Kim, who is always at the service of the hotel's guests. Our room number 2033 was amazing with beautiful view , very clean and was cleaned every day .The staff are exceptional in all of theirs job positions and they do everything to make sure your holiday is special.The facitillities are fantastic , entertainment , pools , water park , rafting river were we enjoyed every day rafting. Bus servis to beach was brilant , every 10 min.There was a plenty of choice of food in main restauran and snacks restaurants with very friendly staff and very good servis.The service in all the bars was fantastic, with staff always smiling and welcoming. Enjoying your morning coffee with that magical view of the sea was a great pleasure.The drinks were very high quality foreign brands.The evenings with music were very enjoyable and in a beautiful environment. There are the lifts which we used to go to the aqua park , which is good , because you are never tired and we enjoyed with beautiful view going to the aqua park . We had a fantastic vacation and will definitely come back again next year at Utopia World.

We stayed here in mid-October and, honestly, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations. There were practically no activities or entertainment going on, just the occasional evening show. Compared to other hotels during the same period, this place felt completely lifeless. No music, no daytime fun, and definitely none of the activities they advertise. At first glance, the food selection seems decent, but once you actually taste it, most of it is bland and flavorless, nowhere near how it’s presented in their promotions. On the positive side, the views are stunning, that’s probably the biggest highlight of this place. The pools near the water park looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned all season, which was disappointing. The ones by the main building were much better maintained, though. The rooms themselves are a bit tired and could use some renovation, but they’re still comfortable and cozy. However, the cleaning service is practically useless, they just do the bare minimum: quickly swipe the floor, make the bed, and that’s about it. Sinks, showers, and toilets are clearly not cleaned properly. The mini bar is supposed to be refilled daily, and while sometimes it was, other times we had to call the lobby several times to get it done. Overall, the hotel grounds are beautiful and perfect for walks, but there are just too many negatives that overshadow the good parts. Sadly, it’s not a place I’d return to or recommend to others.

The hotel itself is beautiful – stunning views, lovely surroundings, and clean facilities. However, the biggest downside is the service, which is very poor. This was my third time in Turkey, but the first time I’ve experienced such disappointing service in a hotel that claims to be five stars. During dinner and lunch, waiters are present but they don’t approach the tables or ask if you need anything. There are often no cutlery or napkins on the tables, and you have to wait for someone to notice or go find them yourself. Only once during the whole week did a waiter come to ask what I wanted – I asked for water, and he disappeared completely. Neither the water nor the waiter ever came back 😀 There’s also a lack of respect for guests. Food was sometimes dropped near the buffet, and a staff member just looked at it without cleaning – she even stepped in it later. The staff at the ice cream station also seemed unhappy and unmotivated. Overall, the atmosphere felt tired and disorganized, with no clear system during meals – nobody seemed to know who was responsible for what. On the positive side, the spa and hamam were excellent. The people working there were professional and kind. We booked a hamam and three medical massages – all were great. It was also very pleasant to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening while listening to live piano music. In summary, the hotel is beautiful but the service needs serious improvement. Definitely not worth five stars, more like a good four-star economy option. 👉 I would recommend it mainly for the stunning views and the relaxing spa area, but not for those expecting true five-star service.

We just came back after 9 days at Utopia World. I would potentionaly have given 5 stars to this place however reception have damaged my scoring on my arrival. Reception need to read the guest aspecialy when have been adviced that we are very tired and want a quick check in and good night sleep. Bar's are good, they serve imported drinks. However, you need to ask for some like Malibu for Pinacolada and they do not have coconut milk and are using milk and syrup and this is not good. Bar staff are nice and friendly, Entertaiment is good, they have profesional groups from outside coming in for evening show and then either live music or DJ playing at Laguna bar and disco afterwards. Evening live music was what you expect, clasic disco international to everyones taste, the only evening live music I did not like was some old band that pretended to be a stars of the Alania, but they was the worst out of the 9 nights we visited Laguna Bar. Animation team do their best to be araund and about and engage with the guests. However only around main pool area from what we have seen. Special shout out to Faruk from animation team as he always found a minute for a quick chat and had a good genuine personality. Goog luck with your IT studies Faruk. Restaurant food, we have seen better. For the size of the hotel I would say there was a limited choice, however night meal (night soup) is served as alecarte, that makes a personal touch. Thank you to Kemel, it was pleasure to talk to you and to Orhan who was very friendly and always greeted us with a big smile. Overal, the hotel is nice. The views are amazing. The lift to the beach is operating now. The beach needs a bit of investment for a more luxurious feel. Very important, there should be non-smoking areas because people are smoking everywhere without any consideration to non-smokers or people with asthma.
