Most awful ultra inclusive hotel ever, food is REALLY REALLY BAD, always no sunbeds, sea is far away the bus takes you to the bridge then you need to walk down the stairs and climb back up, staff is absolutely disgraceful not worth coming here wasted souch money not recommending at all

Nice people, good ace for your kids to have fun. Recommend if you are in Utopia World, and want to have a pause from the water fun activities.

We stayed at Utopia World for 12 days. Upon arrival, we were immediately given a room, but unfortunately our request (made more than a month in advance) for a 2nd-floor room with a balcony was ignored. Instead, we were placed on the 6th floor without a balcony. The room itself was spacious and nice, but when we opened the curtains and saw there was no balcony, it was a big disappointment. We went to reception and asked for a change, but this was only possible the following day. It was resolved eventually, but two days of our holiday were spoiled because we couldn’t settle in and relax properly. This was a first for us – in our past travels, we have always received the type of room we booked (or even better). Next time we’ll make sure to double-check at reception before moving in. This was life lesson for us. That’s why I am giving only four stars. Aside from this issue, everything else was excellent: the aquapark and pools were amazing, the food was varied and delicious, the animation team was fun, and the natural views were simply breathtaking. Overall, the reception service was disappointing, but the rest of the hotel experience was wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time already, and I really like it. There are some minor drawbacks, but the location and variety of services make up for all of them!

Amplasarea hotelului super, cu multă verdeață. Piscinele super Plaja ok. Mâncarea ok.

Atitudinea Dl. MANAGER EROL cu care am avut o discuție din cauza locului de parcare. Dat fiindcă am găsit masina lovita in parcare, zgariata din fata pana in spate ( confirmat și de către hotel, au identificat pe camere incidentul), am rugat sa ma lase in una din zile sa o parchez pe un loc care era pastrat pentru CEO. Menționez ca, plecasem in oraș cu mașina iar la întoarcere in jurul orei 21:00 nu mai erau locuri de parcare. Din acest motiv, am rugat sa ma lase câteva ore cu mașina acolo, mai ales ca la ora 4 noaptea urma sa plecam, se termina sejurul. Dl. Erol nu a dorit sa deblocheze acel loc liber și pot înțelege ca respecta o regula interna, însă afirmația " numai voi românii țineți atât la mașinile voastre", afirmație care nu a fost deloc apreciativa, mi-a displăcut profund. Consider ca in calitate de Manager, in relația cu un client al hotelului pe care îl reprezinti, nu ai dreptul sa faci o astfel de apreciere.

Есть вещи, которые можно чуть поправить) 1. Безалкогольное пиво есть на баре в лобби и центральном баре у бассейна, но нет в других барах, но очень порадовало, что оно вообще было, это здорово 2. Хочется большего разнообразия блюд на ужин и чтобы они обновлялись по мере того, как заканчиваются, независимо от времени. 3. Доски на пирсе староваты-их бы заменить, в некоторых местах выглядят сильно не очень
