Location and fitness center

The staff are poorly trained. I had to make several visits to the front desk and make multiple phone calls to complain about a broken air conditioner, malfunctioning mini bar with warm drinks when or was 105 degrees outside, I put my friend's. name on the room reservation and when he tried to check in they wouldn't give him a key so I had to go up and down the elevator multiple times to make sure he could get up, lots of conflicting information given to me from the front desk and I felt like most of my vacation was spent trying to get in touch with someone that could help me. They claimed they were going to credit me for parking and for the destination fees, but I have yet to see those credits come up on my credit card.

Reception was very easy when arriving.

The hotel internal corridors (10th floor) are getting tired. Rooms are good well featured, the bathroom sinks were blocked. Report to Reception.
