"Not happy at all with this nightmare experience."

Very disappointed. When I checked in I asked about the other room to make sure both reservations were as they should be. Guess what, there was no other room! Even though I had all the paperwork from Booking.com showing my reservations, the hotel said that you had never send the information for the second room. Then they said that the second room showed to have been canceled 4 days after it had been made. So I tried calling Booking .com to help me and had to deal with a ridiculous recording that asked for your booking number over and over and over. It was a nightmare and really made a huge mess of the whole weekend.

I gave my room to my workers and had to find another place to stay. Then the room leaked all night from the rain(on top floor). The manager has okayed a refund and I hope this happens

I paid in advance for 3 rooms during my college graduation. My entire family showed up and was told they were overbooked and my reservation had been cancelled. There were no other rooms available anywhere. We had to drive home in the middle of the night after the graduation ceremony. The hotel had apparently known the reservation was cancelled 3 days prior but left it up to Booking.com to notify people (which they didn't.). The hotel should have called people as soon as they knew it had to be cancelled.

OUR STAY WAS A GOOD ONE, IT WAS ONLY AN OVERNIGHT STAY TO SPLIT OUR DRIVE IN HALF. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND IN WORKING ORDER.

This was the worst hotel ever. Nothing like the picyures or reviews on hotels.com. First time purchasing a hotel by a third pary and will never do it again. The hotel did not habe breakfast like it said, it was dirty, the the person stepped in. I went to the room, turned around and went back to the front desk desk to turn back in my key. The front desk guy was not surprised at all. Do not stay at the Candlewood Suites in Abilene Texas.
