The best thing about this place is the location in the centre of surfers paradise access to shops and the beach

Worst check in ever! The system is so outdated feels like the 90s come on! we are in 2023 and the late check in service made us stand outside in the cold for almost an hour waiting for them to receive the intercom at the entrance to give us a code for the key safe uh! Please upgrade your late check in system its the worst!

A bit dated

Location is very central to Surfers Paradise

They are undergoing extensive building by works at the moment. We were woken before 8am on weekdays by heavy machinery that actually shook our room. And it went on all day. It turned what was supposed to be a relaxing stay into a constant headache. There is no reception staff on weekends or ‘out of hours’ but they wouldn’t have been able to do anything even if we had contacted them.

Spacious, the pools & spa, the towels, the balcony and it was close to a shop

The small step in both bathrooms was quite dangerous and did hurt one guest. My 96yr old mum had to be extremely careful of the step it would be better as a slope than of a small step which is more dangerous and likely to cause an accident The property does need some decor repairs as there is quit a bit of deterioration on the walls especially the corners

the pools, the spa. excellent location. the apartment was comfortable. We loved the kitchen.

the only thing I did not like was the half tennis court. I was hoping it was a full tennis court. the reverse cycle aircon did not work but it wasn’t really needed while we stayed here.

Main bedroom bed was very comfortable

The unit we stayed in is in desperate need of maintenance. Door handles falling off. Door won’t shut.
