It was nice to be in surfers' paradise. Good location.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The noise from outside was horrendous. It is not a place to stay if you want to relax.

Locations was great.

I’d suggest that you change the size of the rubbish bin/ bags to suit that of the rubbish chute if you want guest to remove rubbish. It was annoying to take the rubbish along with our luggage upon leaving to realise we would need to manually remove the rubbish from the bag for it to fit.

Did not have breakfast.

Location was great, nice view, and most of the apartment was modern

Great location one minute walk to supermarket, good security. Big rooms and everything you could need is supplied. Modern comfortable furniture.

Needs painting and bathroom door lock doesn’t work but that’s minor

Our room was a two bedroom apartment. The location was good and the only real plus. Walking distance to heaps of restaurants, main street of Surfers Paradise and shops. The size of the apartment was good and if more attention was paid to cleaning and maintenance it could be a great place to stay regardless of the age.

The cleanliness was woeful. Main toilet was dirty around the rim when you lifted the seat. Windowsills were dirty. Half the plates and cutlery had to be washed because they had bits of food stuck to them. The curtains in one room smelled like spew and couldn't be taken down without tools, which we didn't have. There is no-one on site to call after close of business and on weekends so we had to put up with the smell. Sliding doors didn't lock. Blinds had holes in them and main bedroom blind needed a peg to keep it up. Both wardrobes had wads of duct tape taping them shut so only half could be used. No drawers or shelving at all. The little shampoos and conditioners were opened and half used. There was nothing on the booking site to say the place was undergoing renovations so work started early each weekday morning, and the noise continued all day. The main pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked there, was closed during work and only available briefly late in the day after the sun had disappeared. The visitor car park couldn't be used and there were ugly trellises everywhere. The sauna was grubby and there were old stained bits of soap in the shower there. I would not stay there again
