"Not really worth the money for the age of the apartment."

Good location, close to the main mall. Spacious apartment.

Age of the apartment. It's quite run down especially the bathrooms. Shower heads are very low at around 1.6m tall. Have to squat to wash my hair. Car park at 1.8m clearance is very low. Can't fit a standard height 4wd!

Great location very close to Cavill Avenue. Building a little tired - as with many Gold Coast hotels - but very clean. Selection of swimming pools, including an indoor pool, was great.

Rubbish chute was so small - very hard to put anything of any size in - and not pleasant to use. Wasn't made aware of where else the rubbish or recycling bins were downstairs. Selection of TV channels very poor. Booklet in the room didn't advise how to use the TV properly to find sports channels etc.

"Great value for a group!"

The apartment was huge for 4 guests and had a great view from the balcony. It was a little a little outdated but for the price you kind of expected that

Facilities (although there was like 3?? Pools) were in some need of love.
