Centrepoint Resort

The pool was good. Location was great, walking distance to transport, beach and shops.

The room was very old and rundown. Showers were very small with little water pressure. Only one small TV for the whole apartment, master bed was too firm and uncomfortable. Paint coming off walls all over the apartment. Only one PowerPoint in the bedrooms, wasn’t ideal for charging iPad/ phones. For the price I expected better.

Beautifully kept gardens and the Lagoon pool is just gorgeous. The room was perfect; clean, fantastic shower pressure and super comfy beds.

Do not stay here!!!. Management are the rudest and most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. The resort is old and outdated and comes with a musty smell. Very little to no sleep from road noise and every morning between 4 and 5 am 2 rubbish trucks arrive to empty skip bins right outside the bedroom window in the visitor car park. Basement parking is terrible with the plumbing pipework taped together with electrical tape, water leaking over the cars when it rains. I will never stay here again what a disgrace.

This is would have to be the worst place we have ever stayed . It is very old and dated , you cannot sleep due to noise of traffic and rubbish trucks every morning at 5 am . The managers are the most unhelpful people I have ever come across , they definitely should not be in position of dealing with people . I would prefer to sleep in the street to be honest.

Good view glad it had a proper kitchen and the spa was nice and hot and the indoor pool was a good temp

The main thing was the curtains the are very old and smelt very musty and could properly upgrade the bedding covers

roomy 2 bdrm 2 bthrm. close to all amenities. pools n spa great plus rec room.

Beds bit hard.

Pool, spa, and game room were good, size of apartment was good, all facilities like at home, friendly staff.

Not very sound proof windows, can tell usually at night.
