Excellent location, great views of Surfers Paradise from 14th floor.

Wall Air conditioner is not good enough to cool unit. The obvious installed main air conditioning system has been disconnected. I can't comment on staff as only contact was via intercom at the front entrance.

Location was excellent and close to everything. Quiet neighborhood Going up and down the lift was perfect.

Bedroom got hot by the rising sun in the morning - not the resort's fault.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms could have been better. Some areas were dated.

The apartment is quite old. the spa is dirty. the room is smelly specially the beddings. the sofa is a lot of sand.
