Grand Hotel Dream Frankfurt City

It was impossible at the time to print out a boarding pass.

The room has humidity and the air conditioning was terrible and voicey,and first time see the 4 stars hotel has stairs infront the rooms door,bad breakfast

my stay was not good because before booking they said they have transportation from the aeroport unluckily when i arrived there was no transportation .

The recepcionist explain the rules several time like a militar, with the phrase is it clear? The beds are to small and the pillow where very hard. I didn't like this hotel.

my stay was great very helpfull and smilly staff but in my room which was standard room the was no kattle and i have been told that it is available in comfort room and the tv no english or aarabic chanal in my last stay there was i think it depends on the room type

This hotel is in a pretty good location. We paid a lot for what was a bit disappointing. The staff was nice, the hotel and rooms are clean, and it is newly renovated. It is not, however, a 4 star hotel. I would recommend it if it were less expensive.

The hotel is ok for one night stay. - The toilet is awful, all the shower water coming on the floor. The neighbourhood not looking safe and clean. Hammam was defect. +close to Zeil Shopping area, good breakfast, good staff.

This is a pretty okay hotel. Staff are friendly, rooms are big, clean, but dated. Better than average European breakfast. Ten minutes walk to Altstadt if you're there for the sightseeing; the immediate neighborhood seems a little sketchy, but it's just a couple blocks to the prime shopping district. Also two blocks to a major U-bahn/S-bahn station. Overall it's a decent place and a good value.

Super close to Konstablerwache and tons of public transport but a little nerve racking given the neighborhood. Double room was plenty big, clean, comfortable. Bath was fine too. I think they cater predominantly to an eastern Med crown. Decor comes right from the Levant. Small mosque across the street but I could not hear the call to prayer as I was on the other side of the hotel so that was a plus. I was only there one night and cannot really complain but with so many other choices in Frankfurt, I don't think I'll stay there again.
