Staff was extremely unfriendly on check in. Only one ice machine in the building. Only one elevator working. Room was cramped. WiFi was difficult to access. Extremely disappointed based on reputation and price.

Good location. Clean comfortable room.

Booked a rate with ‘Breakfast Included”. The desk did not have that in their reservation. II had to argue for several minutes and show them my booking to get a $20 coupon. That covered only part of the breakfast bill. No ice machine on the premise. Need to buy a bag of ice!?

"Fine for one night. "

The room was so noisy, there was the a/c unit that seemed to run without stopping and the shower/toilet didn’t have a dedicated light switch. These may appear to be knit picks but it’s the difference between a good/okay stay and a great stay. I also noticed that the room could have used a little upkeep as certain things were wearing thin.

Very average property. The restaurants serve nothing but frozen food and the breakfast was not really breakfast. Noisy aircon noisy fridge in the rooms. Usual boring Mariott style Hotel
