Breakfast was ok

There was a roach in bathroom by the sink after we turned bathroom light on...We had to wait until House Keeping wash towels. There were 4 of us, only 3 sets of towels.

We love the place! We will definitely come back again

Room did not have hairdryer and they never gave me one!

My room had ants on a cart inside the room. I asked the front desk to exterminate. When I returned, my room had not been cleaned and certainly not exterminated. I called the front desk and Alejandro said he couldn't do anything about it, there was no manager to talk to and there were no more rooms. He said he may have some spray but didn't know. An hour later, my husband went to the desk and he ran in the back and stayed. My husband opened the door and asked about the spray and he said he would look for some. He came and sprayed the cart and around the bed. He refused to remove the cart and said that was all he could do for me and left.

I would probably not stay at this hotel again. Overall no issues, the place was decent..my room a tad bit unclean. Had a smell, opened the refrigerator to find a previous guest had left food which spoiled it had been in there awhile. The hotel is due for some minor repairs. Aesthetics for a "modern" hotel are lacking

The toliet running all night I recorded videos and staff could not fix nor accommodate another room , cold water all night couldn’t take hot shower …water leaking from toliet

My room was clean although could not get hot water in the sink. The staff that checked me in was friendly. The workout room was HORRIBLE! The air conditioning was not working so they had a small portable fan. There were 2 elliptical machines and neither one worked. There was one weight machine and it was also not working. Will never go back.

The place was very loud, people were roaming the halls and having full conversations from 11 PM to 2 AM. You have to sign up for their rewards program to use the “free” Wi-Fi. Half of the bathroom is outside the actual bathroom door and you can’t turn on the bathroom light without lighting up the main room. The TV is stuck to the wall and you can’t plug in a Firestick or Roku or a game console. The shower doesn’t get hot. The place looks nice and the local food is good but there’s no way I’ll stay at one of these again.

Very unique decor. Nice and clean also. The American flag needs replacing badly and the lights in the room would be nice if you could use the bathroom light without ALL the others going on. Maybe a night light also. And would be nice to have a shelf in the shower in case we don't tolerate YOUR cleaners and need to use our own. The ice in the lobby was in a chunk and not easily accessible. Couldn't even get it out of the freezer. It would be nice to have a small breakfast without having to pay since the price of the room was high enough!!
