I love everything about the hotel, just few crawling ants on the table. Fumigation is needed. Other than that, I had an excellent stay at the hotel, and staff were awesome

They don’t have breakfast,I mean I have to pay for it ,it was expensive nothing special

Front desk staff were excellent, very personable and efficient. However, housekeeping knocked on my door at around 7:15AM!!! That is WAY too early to be disturbing people to clean a room! When I informed the front desk lady upon checking out she was very apologetic and said she would say something to them and even offered to make it up to me somehow. I didn't need anything but appreciated her effort in trying to make things right. But management should tell housekeeping not to knock on doors that early!!! Otherwise it was another great stay at Aloft.

The check in system was down when we got there. The nice lady said that we would have to be let into our room each time we left it since they could not verify us and could not issue key cards. Said that she would keep my info and when I cancelled my stay that I would be given the full amount back. Still has not happened.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, including a very comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. The location was perfect, convenient to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable hotel experience.

Handle in shower broken couldn’t take shower and also bathroom toliet runs continuously very loud abd we couldn’t figure out how to fix

Disappointed, when I first arrived the key card system wasn’t working. So they had to walk us to the room. The hotel over all starting to look dated. Missing small things from wipes for the face. Also not enough small towels only one in the entire room. Not worth the price sadly.

Only complaint my shower water was not hot
