had to walk about 120 yards to check in, that's a first, then had to wear a wrist band. for the money not at all impressed. beds are ancient.

I am rating the stay a 6. The stay was accommodating for my family as far as being just enough room for us. I did like that the kitchen was big enough to move around in. The living room area was big enough. The customer service was excellent. Everyone is very prompt responding. I like that there is private access to the beach but just keep in mind that you have to walk up and across the street. I did not like that as soon as you open the door you are greeted to a queen size bed with a very narrow path to walk in order to get to everything else. The bed should be where the living room is located. . The sheets were stained and had a ton of lint balls on them. The next morning we got new sheets and they were much better. The shower pressure wasn’t good and the shower area was very tight. The WiFi didn’t work it actually made my phone slow down when I signed into it. The cable channel line up is not accurate. Disney, Nickelodeon, and all the other channels did not work the TV displayed “no signal” only the news channels worked. I think the cable is disconnected and the channel list in the rooms need to be removed. Also the 1 bedroom with living room pictures on here are not the correct layout. There wasn’t a balcony to sit out on and the room was not spacious as the photos are advertising. Other than that it was an ok stay stay.

.. still one of the best for the money resorts in St. Pete Beach .. new gen manager Yao is learning but works hard to please... It's showing its age but housekeeping is led at the Palms by Crystal who is excellent.. pool was heated and well kept ,,, within walking distance to Walgreens, Publix, and restaurants ...will be back

Very cute retro property reminding one of the motels from years ago. Friendly, clean, lots to do, and customer service focused. Highly recommend.

Started out a little rocky two seniors looking for the office in the middle of the night but after talking with the office staff the next day the remainder of the stay was pleasant.

Great value for your money. Not fancy but comfortable.

Nice staff at the reception desk. Good suite with everything you need during your stay.

Mini split ac. Made drip noise all night had to sleep with no air. Lamp doesn’t work. Cold water facect hard to turn. And it smelled like pot. Could only stay 1 night. Great view of the bay though.
