American Inn And Suites Childress

Inexpensive but has what you need ... clean, firm bed, clean functional bathroom and working AC! We got what we paid for and they are pet friendly. We had 3 dogs with us so we were thankful for a ground floor room not far from a grassy area! This is an aging motel so don't expect the freshly built modern look. It has everything you need for a one night stay.

You get what you pay for.

This was as expected for the price. Clean, safe and our king bed room was very spacious. There was noise from big-rigs driving by throughout the night, but all of the hotels in Childress are on the highway, so that was to be expected. A comfortable place to rest our heads on our way home.

Welcoming staff fast check in and clean and comfortable bed.

We were greeted by a very friendly and accommodating gentleman, in an older facility that has been well maintained! The road noise was our only concern. Busy, busy thoroughfare right in front of the facility, but the convenience to everything we were there for, made up the difference!

Staff was really helpful and nice!!!
