Dear Team, Me & my wife booked for a weekend stay at Dukes Retreat in "Executive Room" with Balcony on 1st floor. Room No. was 112. Although the entire Resort is beautiful and mesmerizing, the room comfort issue was drawback. Their was problem with air-conditioning system in room. It was too cold!! Colder than even the outside ambient temperature. After Checking in, even after adjusting the Control Panel and regulating the temperature to around 30 deg, it still felt like 18 deg. (This was after leaving the room at 30 deg.) At evening, we called up technician to check. The technician checked the panel but informed us that even if we turn of the Air conditioning, the AC still runs for ventilating the room and the normal air would be still blowing. So he was not able to help much on this. The result was that we had to spend the night in very drastic cold condition which made us feverish. After returning home on Sunday 24th, me and wife both felt sick. I got throat infection and cold, and my wife got viral fever. And now we both are taking 1 week medication after doctor's visit. Pl. take this issue seriously, and highlight our feedback to the concern team at Dukes Retreat, since even if the Resort was so mesmerizing, the room comfort issue has killled our overall stay experience Regards Vineet Potdar

Plz increase some fun items in funzone for kids, and also change food items daily

Awesome rooms with a beautiful view....The Deluxe Rooms are just awesome with a perfect valley view...a must visit during monsoons....good staff and good food.

It was a very nice experience and especially the front office and staff were very warm and cordial. They had even upgraded us in to a cottage as our booking was only for a Deluxe room, with no extra cost. The place was really out of the world and we enjoyed our stay very much and would like to visit again if given a chance. Will surely recommend to our family and friends.

We had an amazing experience. Food was delicious and service was top notch. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were very spacious as well. We will definitely be returning back.

Pros: Outside view from the hotel deluxe room was amazing. View of mountains, waterfall, sunrise, sunset and garden. Quick service, hotel does not believe in delayed service. Excellent, efficient, smiling and helpful staff. Good outdoor activities like badminton, rifle shooting, archery, etc. Indoor activities like Carom, Pool table, video games, novels, etc. Good hotel and location for people who want to relax and take short vacation for everyone, especially couples. Cons: Internet works only in Restaurants and Lobby Area. Buffet never served warm at Panorama Cafe, forget being hot. Had to inform the staff to heat my meal in microwave. The flames are also not lit in buffet to keep the meals hot. Made 2 written complains but no response from management. Lots of selection of food in Buffet and A la Carte but Food taste has to be improved a lot.
