Athiva Resort & Spa, Khandala

It was a family getaway and we had a great relaxing time. Rooms were clean, spacious and decor was quite welcoming. The bathroom and balcony were also neat and well designed. The hotel staff was very prompt and friendly and we were well looked after. The children's play area is small but kept our little one engaged. Only con i would like to mention is the location of swimming pool, it is right at the entrance and guests with luggage & trolleys keep passing by. An interior location of the property would've been more appropriate for the pool.

The snacks bar was very expensive. Breakfast and Dinner was good. The external ambiance at the walkway to the rooms (corridors) can be better. You should have temperature controls for the swimming pools, it was freezing cold. Overall the stay was good, we would like to come back again.

Was offered a room designed for physically handicapped people...probably because the management was expecting more rush and wanted to optimise. Needed me to raise the concern before it was sorted

Good scenery all round very friendly n helpful staff The rooms though small were neat and clean the food was also good overeall a good place to relax if you want a little peace as it is a little away from the main city

The hotel is in one word OVERPRICED. I took a deluxe room and was charged 28k for a room in the 1st level which didn't even have a decent view. The room had mosquitoes and a dirty mirror. The restaurant meals were a disappointment to say the least! I'm not going back. A word of encouragement for the bell boys, the room service and the housekeeping lady - they did well.

While the hotel itself is a great property, the food there was highly unsatisfactory- right from the sandwich in the room service to the breakfast spread. Tremendous scope for improvement there.

Overall a good property but highly overpriced and it lacks good management. It could have been more better as it has wonderful view.

Great location, good staff and service , but very poor infrastructure, room had severe seepage issues and the floor was wet in places. The swimming pool is dirty and over chlorinated, food was just ok. The overall experience was good, but could have been much better
