Pomeroy Inn and Suites Chetwynd

Fine for area. But the pool has been not working for a long time.

I would recommend staying at any other hotel/motel in town. The price you pay is in no way worth it. Even though I had stayed for the past month every week they would not let me in because I just had a picture of my photo idea. I ended up staying in my truck in the 7-11 parking lot so I had access to a bathroom. I’ll never stay in this hotel again . Also for the price the breakfast is junk. Same as all the other hotels for $100 less per/night.

Would have loved to use the pool facilities but they were out of service. Other than that we had a lovely stay, breakfast was good.

Rooms were good, came out for a snowmobiling trip and site never mentioned hot tub wasn’t operational which was the deciding factor to stay at pomeroy chetwynd so we could have stayed elsewhere and paid less,

Hot tub didn’t work!,

The staff was great. Our first room had many broken things so they moved us. The pool and hot tub were out of order and it was not posted on website -was why we chose to stay there. The hotel needs major cleaning

The fact nothing was mentioned about the pool and water slide being closed and I find out closed since April was a huge disappointment for the kids

Good stop over

First off lighting in room was poor with no lamp between beds. Bathroom fan was noisy. Hallway carpet is done. This hotel has survived a boom and they have not put the money back into it. Second Pomeroy that hot tub out of service this week.

Beds and pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. Website stated pool was open but when we checked in it was closed.

Beds, pillows, price for what you got, website is not accurate and up to date
