I stayed one night, great hotel, staff and service. Breakfast had all you can eat Eggs Benny.. Fantastic.

Quick and easy check in and out great breakfast

Booked a king room. Was downgraded to a queen. Uncomfortable beds. Pillows were very small. Tv remote was missing battery cover. Shower leaked out of the side. Tv was mounted crooked.

I’ve stayed here before, and have been satisfied, however this time, when I booked, I was not notified that the pool was temporarily out of service. Had I known, I would have booked a lower priced accommodation elsewhere.

The room I booked was not available so they gave me an upgrade. I’m not sure if it was actually an upgrade. The room was not locked when I got to it. The jacuzzi tub had a hole it and the shower was quite small. The hotel could use some updating. Great breakfast in the morning and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Took over twenty minutes to give us room key to a pre paid room booking at midnight with young children. No acknowledgement of the delays.
