"Good and bad"

Room service is too good...vishal and prateek are fabulous....but I got a smoking room from which I can see the wall behind it...It so frustrating...you open the curtains with all hope that you will get a good view may be of ocean or city...when you see only wall infront of window..frustration go beyond imagination....

"Don’t don’t get fooled by the pictures of the hotel on the of the hotel website very deceiving"

The hotel does not do justice of the photo displayed on the website. The worst experience! Hotel is very old and run down, requires a lot of maintaining, the room itself was large but the bathroom are very tight and dirty with moulds and mildews. Housekeeping is not done professionally and lacks the basic needs. Location is extremely dirty and the beaches re filthy with stray dogs living on the beach. The breakfast buffet has very few choice of continental choice but largely South Indian cuisines and limited. Staff are not attentive and lacks customer services. No proper business centre. No ice or ice dispensers, lobby extremely small and run down sofas, cafe on site miserable and small. Lounge services does not replenish food, not worth the money for lounge services. Avoid this hotel it does not live up to international standard. Lacks professionalism, the area is a chaos. Worst experience ever.

"Amazing stay"
