Our family of four stayed in February 2026 an Executive Suite. Unfortunately the experience was quite mixed. We had booked the suite specifically for four guests, but when we arrived, two beds were missing. We reported this right away, yet nothing happened for several hours. Only after following up a second time were the additional beds finally arranged. After a long travel day: this was frustrating and not what we expected. On my first evening, I visited Gadda Da Vida restaurant and had a very unpleasant surprise: someone had placed several toothpicks inside my drinking straw. It felt like a completely inappropriate “prank” and honestly quite disturbing. At a hotel of this level, something like that is simply unacceptable. Housekeeping was also inconsistent throughout our stay. On several occasions, basic items such as toilet paper, towels, or bottled water were missing from the room. These are small things, but they make a big difference. Guests should not need to repeatedly request essentials in an Executive Suite. There were also issues with communication. Since we had an early return flight at 2:00 am., reception advised us to pre-order a breakfast box. We made the request as instructed, but it seemed there was confusion. Instead, we were told to order from the room service menu at a different price. Despite confirming the delivery time three separate times, the breakfast arrived after I was already sitting in the taxi to the airport. That was genuinely disappointing and left a poor final impression. On a positive note, several staff members were excellent. Special thanks to Gitika in the Lounge — she was professional, warm, and truly service-minded. We also enjoyed dinner at Sampan and had a pleasant lunch at The Square. The sea view from the hotel is beautiful. However, the ongoing road construction slightly affects the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel clearly has potential, and some team members deliver outstanding service. However, when booking an Executive Suite, we expect the basics to function smoothly without repeated follow-ups. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving consistency and communication.

Excellent stay at Novotel Juhu. Food and room was 5 star. The service at front desk provided by both Sanika and Rucha was outstanding. Novotel is privileged to have such great employees.

We have been visiting Novotel for few years for our Mumbai stay. Over the years, the upkeep of hotel has lowered. Can see aging impact. Location is scenic and connected to good restaurants and local attractions. Rooms need updates especially washrooms, furnitures. The staff is extremely courteous and supportive. Staff is the highlight of the hotel at all levels, helpful and friendly. The room cleaning service staff is very nice- special shout out to Ashok who made our stay pleasant.

My very first trip to Mumbai and I probably found the best view from my hotel room ever. It was completely by chance that I came to Novotel Juhu as my booking elsewhere got cancelled at the last moment. The staff at Novotel gave us a visit around the property and need I say it was love at first sight for me . It was my birthday trip and this was the icing on the cake - the room , the view, the pool , access to the beach as well as the delectable breakfast spread. The location is great. I look forward to staying again soon.

The hotel is really runned down! Rooms had filthy sheets, dirty door handles, dirty walls and a mouldy bathroom. Firstly the amenities were missing. And then the iron provided was broken. A replacement was brought after hours which had burnt stains on it. Not usable at all. I asked for a steam iron and was told they don’t have. When asked to change the room the staff behaved so rudely. We went away to another city and sadly our booking was back at Novotel. Again the room was smelly with mosquitoes. And strangely now the iron in the room was a steam iron which they didn’t have a few days ago! Overall the hotel is a waste of money. Worst experience ever!!!

Novotel juhu beach is one of my favorite hotel whenever i come to mumbai swagat aditya from housekeeping helped me alot in terms of my room cleanliness and ananya indrajeet tabish from front office helped me everytime while checkin and as well as in my entire stay keep going guys.
