"Beyond 5 star service by Armaan, Indrajit and team"

We made a last minute booking for a married couple’s special night. Armaan, Bhupendra and Indrajit were extremely helpful and friendly. Armaan was actually clocking out of his shift but he went above and beyond by calling the hospitality team and arranging for decorations for the just married couple. Huge kudos to the team for making the couple’s night very very special. We were planning to go to another hotel but then decided to go with Novotel at the last moment since it was close to the wedding venue, and it turned out to be the best decision in this case!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Juhu for 4 days and truly enjoyed every moment. The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing throughout. The staff deserves a special mention—polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.
