The Light Hotel

This hotel close to beach and restaurants and nightlife but hotel itself is in need of refurbishment very dull and deary .staff are friendly . Breakfast very poor choice not worth the effort to go for it really.pool area not good its small only 4 sunbeds and really apart from bushes on main noisy road.

The air conditioning hardly worked at all and kept stopping so we would have to call maintenance. The water pressure was terrible and took ages to run a bath for the kids and it was no better in the shower. There was considerable street noise even though we were on the 9th floor. Breaks fast was very average and to have to ask constantly for butter and it be treated like gold was very inconvenient. Only given 3 towels for family booking of 5. Pool required maintenance with sharp tiles around. Staff at front desk were helpful when asked.

Hotel was in a great location, but the photos do not illustrate exactly what the hotel was like. Was reasonably run down and tired. Also, got some room service food, burgers and fries and 2 x meals were stone cold!

Forgetable stay

Family holiday with adolescent sons-room clean and comfortable-big beds-comfortable-good shower and good breakfast. Staff helpful but not overly friendly but being a large establishment this is expected. Perfect position-walking distance to most places and across the road from the beach.

Lovely large roome with twin double beds - Swimming pool was great although just a little too war by 1.5 to 2 degrees Breakfast was well presented - overall good value at per night but would not want to be any more exoensive

Quiet room and comfortable. Great pool area and bar/cafe if you want to stay in. Interesting views from our room over Nha Trang from beach to mountains to city views.

The hotel is under renovation, it is ok if you are not staying in the room all day. The hotel is progressing to a 4 stars hotel, there's plenty of works to get it up to 4 stars.. the bathroom is a bit rundown and there is no water pressure. My room is for 4 people, they only provide me two sets of bath towel and two bottles of water, I need to ring them up everyday for extra supplies. The swimming pool is located at an awkward position that's along the busy street. The location is good, you can just cross the road for a swim, restaurants and shops are around.
