Most beautiful hotel ever, so nicely decorated, felt so clean and luxurious. All staff members were so welcoming and kind. Bedroom was gorgeous, on the smaller side but no issue since it was just 2 of us. The pool although small was perfect, lovely little bar as well to grab drinks, not many sunbeds so gets quite full but we mainly went up after breakfast when it was quieter and just as sunny. The only downside to our stay was the food, we were half board, there was always a wide selection of foods but some of it was interesting. Dinner typically always had at least quite a few different options, even as a picky eater. However breakfast was typically quite strange, the hot food was almost dinner style, some mornings their even being pizza and onion rings. But all in all despite the interesting foods at times, there was always something to eat we enjoyed. Had an amazing time, would reccomend to anyone :)

Location was great, short walk to the old town. All staff people were nice and helpfull.

It looks like rooms are decorated for the looks, not for the practical use. Shower looks nice, but there is almost no closure. If you want to take good shower, you will flood whole bathroom. There is no shelf to put the soap or shampoo. They woudn't change little towel using under your feet. Its for whole stay. (We stayed 8 nights). The same with pool towel. Swimming pool could be cleaner, little naked kids inside the pool didn't make pool very attractive.

My partner and stayed at this hotel for 7 nights on a half board basis with Jet2. Upon arrival at approximately 3am, a lovely gentleman checked us in, offered us some food and gave us some water to take to the room. We found all the staff throughout our stay to be welcoming and helpful. We stayed in room 106, which is classed as a double room. Unfortunately, this room wasn’t suitable for a couple. We had no wardrobes or drawers which meant all our clothes had to stay in our suitcases (or on the floor) and we’d need to rummage through the cases daily to find outfits. This became a huge inconvenience, and the cases took up the hallway space in an already tiny room. The room did have a small rail above the safe with 5 hangers, which we made use of. It would have been useful to have a full length mirror too, rather than a small vanity one at the end of the bed. We did have a mini fridge, but it was blocked by the bed side table so we didn’t utilise this - yes we could have moved the table if absolutely necessary, but it would have been like a game of Tetris trying to move everything around without blocking another passage. Despite the lack of storage, the bed was really comfy and the room was modern and clean. The bathroom was a decent size and had a lovely walk in shower. Our balcony was small and very over looked - the room next to us could see directly into our room (their balcony joined ours in front instead of to the side) with which meant we often had the curtains closed (a bit of a shame when Greece was so nice and sunny). Because of this we didn’t use the balcony often, it felt too intrusive. The room was equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers and a hair dryer. A kettle with some coffee/tea/milk sachets would have been nice but based on the website’s description I wasn’t expecting this. Location wise the hotel is perfectly located for shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the old town harbour. It took us approximately 5 minutes (if that) to walk into Rethymno old town. There is a taxi rank just outside the hotel which is useful, and often had taxi’s waiting. The staff on the front desk were really helpful and advised us on estimated taxi costs to certain locations. The restaurant in the hotel was pleasant, plenty of seating and space for all guests. The breakfast was nice but could have offered a bit more variety. Although we were half board, we opted to dine out every evening as there are so many restaurants in old town Rethymno. Lastly the roof top pool was great, there are lifts available if you’d prefer this to the stairs. There is a small bar which serves drinks and food at an extra cost. Good amount of sun beds available so we never had an issue getting 2 in the morning. Pool is a generous size and there was a shaded area with table and chairs which is nice. To conclude, we would 100% recommend this hotel to others and would likely go back ourselves as long as we stayed in a bigger room!

Stayed here with the Mrs for 8 nights/ 9 days on a jet 2 holiday package. 2 minor negatives - room’s were small on the restaurant side, which I think anyone booking through jet 2 were given, secondly the breakfast was not ideal for British people but there were not a lot of brits in Rethymno (not a bad thing lol). There was plenty bars and restaurants near by for excellent food though and some mornings toast and eggs did the job from the hotel. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat; the hotel reception, bathrooms and pool/ bar areas are excellent. The hotel staff are so nice as well. Rooms were cleaned every day and had great AC. The hotel is only a stone throw away from old town and a 10 min walk to the beach. Rethymnon was a mixture of lovely restaurants and a lovely old town, but nightlife there as well for those who want it. The food and people are great! Will be back, Efcharisto!

Fabulous central hotel with great staff and amenities. Everything on hand for a chilled and pleasant stay. Only negative is the rooms are not well soundproofed.. but the cleanliness, location, quality of service, food service, very comfy bed and general ambiance more than makes up for.
