The staff was so accommodating.. they were so friendly and eager to help you out. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was great! Pool was refreshing!! Highly recommend

Staff very friendly at check in, check out, and breakfast. Room was clean and very nice. Way better then expected. Hotel offered breakfast, pool/hot tub. Quiet location but close to roads to get where you need. Has easy parking on site. Overall wonderful stay, if ever in the area again would book again.

Our room was dirty when we checked in. I complained about the shower door and toilet not having been cleaned. Our carpet could have also used vaccuming. We were there for 6 nights and NOTHING was done to improve the conditions. There was no bath mat. I told the front desk when we went out to dinner. At 9pm I notified the desk that I still didn't have one and was told I had to do down to the front desk myself to get one. We were told that if you requested housekeeping, they would do something. So for 2 of our mornings, they emptied trash, made the bed, replaced the bath mat. After that, no one entered our room so nothing was done including replacing the coffee pods. Our trash cans were overflowing. The 4th floor hallway was not even vacuumed every day as evidenced by things on the floor. Near the elevator there is a large picture with broken glass, the table there has lots of shipped veneer, the carpeting needs stretching although it looks threadbare in some spots. It would have been nice to have had a makeup mirror in the bathroom. I bet it's been 25 years since I've stayed in a hotel that didn't have one. One would think especially a hotel that claims to be a resort would have such and also pay more attention to the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. For the most part, the public areas look better although the elevators interiors should be fixed up. Then there were the broken tiles between the fountain and the front door. A friend actually stepped on a nail there and had to go to the ER for a tetnus shot. The registration desk person filled out a form about that incident. On the positive side, the food was very good as were the servers. On the last night a group of 8 had dinner in the Horizons, and it was very good. The real kicker was the $15 resort fee (times 6 days). We were at a meeting and there was no time to take advantage of the pool or exercise room. I learned after the fact that fresh coffee downstairs was included. We were not told that when we checked in so we went out each morning to get fresh coffee. It would be nice if with the lack of housekeeping and rundown appearance that that fee would have been waived. A resort??? We stayed here the previous year and had issues. I should have remembered that. I'm already looking for a better hotel for the next meeting.

Did not have any maid service during our 2 night stay....that was disappointing. Need better pillows.

Excellent place to stay!

We had called ahead to warn the desk staff that we would be arriving late in the evening. Someone was immediately available and checked us in right away. In the morning we had a pleasant breakfast and used a basic but clean and adequate gym facility. Checkout was also quick and easy.
