"Hilton beds are not my favorite"

I know beds are a super personal choice, but to me, Hilton’s beds are like sleeping on concrete - this hotel is no exception. The hotel lobby is nice, but the rooms could use some freshening. Breakfast was good – no powdered eggs! My pet peeve – no night light in the bathroom. Great restaurant right next door.

"Mold in the shower"

Despite the rest of the room being clean, there was an abundance of mold on the shower caulk line. For what you pay per night for this hotel, this should simply not be an issue. A couple swipes with a brush would take care of this issue… A washcloth was tossed/draped over one of the sprinklers up near the ceiling. The air conditioner made an awful racket, but it was too hot to shut it off. Otherwise, staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

"Complete failure of a dumpster fire"

Could not have FAILED WORSE. Our King suite with a fold out and roll-away during college tours SIMPLY DID NOT EXIST while the hotel is under construction. They had no additional rooms to give us AND the entire place is a construction site. You cannot enter the hotel through any door other than a side entrance, which wasn’t locked at all… We’re still sitting in the lobby trying desperately to find somewhere to sleep tonight.
