Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester - Victor

Construction caused quest to go outside to enter in front for breakfast. Hot tub out of order our last night and that was the main reason for our stay bc my husband has bad back and needed it to drive home the next morning

The location was nice and close to thing in the area

The rugs in the room were stained and the caulk on the tub was dirty. We noticed on the first full day that the bathroom sink drain was leaking all over the floor. They did switch the room which was cleaner than the first..

Most of the staff was really attentive. The hotel was being renovated so we were not able to access the laundry and there were no vending machines. The pool and hot tub were great. Our room was great, carpet and bathroom were a little old and funky, but the room was clean with a great kitchen.

Stay here often & enjoy!

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. They are renovating part of the hotel and this had no impact on our stay. Hot shower. Pool is warm but hot tub isn’t quite hot enough and could use a cleaning. Wonderful kind service at the desk. Internet was wonky. The speed on the treadmill didn’t work but the rest of the gym equipment is fine.

Staff was excellent! Took care of issues that arose with our first room. The building is undergoing construction and the pool and hot tub were sporadically unavailable. Wish we were notified of the work prior to booking.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here and the very first thing I must say is how pleasant the staff is! This is a family atmosphere place especially kid/pet friendly. The pool and hotub are awesome and clean! The rooms and suites are cozy, stocked and comfortable. A mini stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, ample counter space, plenty of extra blankets, pillows. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of soap, shampoo, body lotion etc.... breakfast is amazing! Cozy fireplace in the lobby to welcome guests in the winter days. Always fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water available in the lobby....how nice! They have a nice gym. I requested a first floor room and they went out of their way to shuffle and accommodate my family. They send you a text after settling in to ask if we need anything and how it's going! You can't get better guests service then this hotel! I just can't say enough. This is a perfect family hotel to make family memories. This owner knows how to run a great hotel! Thank you again to every single staff member who plays a part of each guest experience every time I've stayed here! Currently they're remodeling and I can't wait to stay and see the new changes. Very comfortable and spacious on the third floor but motel is also under construction I have been here several times and have always felt very relaxed and comfortable The Weds night snack is also nice Salad soup beer wine crackers cheese and more
