"HORRIBLE customer service"

The room was nice, the lady at the front was not. Customer service was absolutely terrible, it felt like we were inconveniencing her doing her job when we needed something and during check out while she was on the phone with a friend. Walked away before we could even finish our check out - we did not get our $50 room fee back, did not get to add to our points, and did not feel welcome during our stay, in which I was having surgery and back and forth to the doctor everyday. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone traveling in the area.

Smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags. No extra bedding/blankets for pullout. Stains/dirty bedspread. Uncomfortable beds. Charged by booking.com and Candlewood suites for the stay.

This hotel was perfect for me.

I was happy to stay here, but I would be happier if the gym was paid more attention about the equipments quality.
