The location is great , close to where I was visiting .

There wasn't any tissues in the room and little toilet paper . There was food on the counter.

Facility was well maintained.

Staff during checkout in the morning was extremely rude. Spoke with a curt & surly tone, never even making eye contact when being politely spoken to.

Location was good - really close to University at Buffalo campus. Rooms were really good and spacious, with a small kitchenette, which was helpful!

The utensils in the kitchenette were dirty - could not use any of it.
