Candlewood Suites Buffalo Amherst by IHG

Room had used towels hanging on back of bathroom door when we first checked in. Also had to ask for more towels since there were not enough. Out of hand soap…hand to ask twice before it got refilled. Lastly, had to leave the window open for a bad smell in the room

staff was exceptionally friendly. the check in person gave her name in case we needed anything. i am so sorry i can’t remember her name . she was so kind. i loved the mini kitchen and the nice heavy wooden doors inside . really nice place- pet friendly. would stay again

Staff poco cortese, scarsa pulizia, mancanza di un paio di sedie e un tavolino per cenare (abbiamo riadattato un mobile e ci siamo sistemati uno su una sedia da studio e l’altro su una poltrona). La posizione è “né carne né pesce”. Lontano dal centro città ma comunque anche dalle cascate del Niagara per quanto più vicino di altri posti. Una via di mezzo che convince poco.

It was a suite with a kitchen.

Our hallway reeked of pot. This was supposed to be a non-smoking floor.

There were handprints on the headboard, people’s stuff in the drawers, like burnt hair on the bathroom floor, and there was something on the pillows

All the vessels were dirty and the floor and carpet were not clean and sticky. Also both were very old and the AC smelled.
