Candlewood Suites Buffalo Amherst by IHG

For those who havent stayed at a Candlewood, its very similar to your Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express, (being from the same corporate family,) with a small kitchenette and no free breakfast. Standard IHG mattress (which is the best in the business), pillows and toiletries, (though I do miss the little shampoo and conditioner bottles...) Room was spacious and clean, everything worked as it should. Quiet hotel, and drapes actually blocked out the light. No fuss check in and check out

Booked an accessable room. Consisted of one handle bar installed outside the tub on the opposite side of where the showerhead is. No other supports. Not the best well thought-out arrangement.

Love the quality and the quietness I felt safe in my room love free washing and drying my clothes I had one incident and think if they had cameras in certain areas would fixed the problem with clothing going missing and I really didn’t know you would have to clean your room yourself because of short staff my dishwasher leaks while on and stink was not working properly but I would stay again for sure
