Pool & hot tub not working

Stains on the sheets, shower pressure was so horrible and with the drain open it became an unwanted bathtub. Stains on the towels as well. Spiders all over the windows inside and out.

The breakfast was good, lot of options.

Breakfast was very convenient and welcome. Did not have to get into the car and drive somewhere to eat.

We paid for 3 nights, but because of airline problems we arrived one day late. Only got to spend 2 nights at the hotel, but prepaid for 3 nights through Booking.com, Even though we alerted them that we were delayed and paid in advance, we were still billed for the no-show night. Left a bad taste in my mouth that I was charged for the extra day. The hotel manager said that a refund was not possible since the booking was made through Booking .com. I would like someone at Booking.com to explain how the refund can be obtained.

The service at the front desk was disappointing. The lady at reception was rather unfriendly. When we asked for an extra duvet cover or blanket, she told us to pick it up ourselves at the front desk. At breakfast, when I asked her for help with the equipment, she just told me to go and call another lady from a different room. It felt like she simply didn’t want to leave her chair, which gave us a very unwelcoming impression

Very nice place to stay, but no amenities around.

The men checking us in were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Very much appreciated!
