Since I’m disabled, I need a pool. It’s my only way I can exercise. I arrived and paid and then found out the pool was closed. I was very disappointed I had to change motels.

"Relaxation at its core"

I loved the comfort and vacation feel of the area. The bedding was soft warm comfort of home. Room was very clean and staff was accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again and became a member.

"I will not be returning to this location, other holiday inn express locations have been at a much higher standard."

Rooms were standard and mostly clean. Location close to Hudson, NY.

Floors in room were sticky, blinds were broken and we could not open them, no cleaning service for a 2 night stay with no extra towels, No hot breakfast as advertised and pool and amenities also not available as advertised.

When we arrived, for a two-night stay, we found out the pool and hot tub were closed. The next morning there was no hot breakfast, due to the cook not showing up. The room was nice, but noise from the highway was loud. The manager did give us a credit on our final bill.
