"住宿體驗糟到未來不會想再來"

1.辦理入住時才告知「因為客房都滿，不確定有沒有停車位，如果沒有就要自行自費處理」。 2.深夜12點到櫃檯說要停車但停車場閘門不開，櫃檯直接回說沒位子，我先生生氣的表明有先下停車場確認有位子才去牽車過來的，他們才看畫面並放行。 3.早餐服務員只負責帶位，兒童椅跟餐具都是我們自己去搬來的。連餐巾紙都自助。 幾年前體驗好才會想再來，這次房間我還選4人家庭房加價早餐，不知道是管理有問題，還是人員訓練問題。這次住宿體驗糟到未來不會想再來入住。

"可惜了"

很普通的房間, 以價格來說是平價, 只是房間用鑰匙鎖很難開, 衣櫃裡沒保險櫃也沒洗衣袋, 以永豐棧的名氣來看是可惜了....

喜歡這裡的氛圍，安靜。浴缸泡澡很舒適。這裡給鑰匙開門不是門卡，很特別，有一種歐洲老旅館的味道。可能是非假日入住，櫃台check in時直接幫我升等房間。唯一缺點是浴室毛巾，

"糟糕的飯店"

大廳香水味超濃，大廳地板髒兮兮， 樓上地毯髒，房間有夠昏暗，明明沒有游泳池，說三年前拆掉 誰知道，服務人員講的我一定要知道，啊訂房系統泳池照片不積極撤掉，服務人員講的我一定要本來就知道一樣，不會考慮入住

同一張訂單訂兩間房，已經付費，但是晚上入住的時候，卻被櫃檯人員告知，太晚入住，所以沒有辦法安排在同一個樓層，其實都已經付費了，本應該先留兩間隔壁的房間。飯店的服務很糟糕。 洗手間的洗手台，連洗手乳都沒有，毛巾也很破舊，邊角都起毛線頭 房間電燈中控就全部關燈，沒有夜燈，書桌跟廁所燈也不能分開開關，睡覺前要走到大門門口把燈關了，用手機照明走回床上 飯店房間還用古老的鑰匙鎖，很難打開。 整體住宿經驗，非常糟糕

是各方面綜合很不錯的飯店，下次也會考慮入住，但浴缸的塞子邊緣非常鋒利，要拉開時直接刮破了我的手指大約三公分的傷口並流出大量血液，告知櫃檯後態度非常好的提供了我一個ok蹦，雖然沒有想要得到任何補償，也完全不怪態度很好的櫃檯服務人員，但以感受上來說似乎不是一個很好的處理方式，希望能有所改善
