朋友四五月時去住還有泳池設施和住客免費使用兒童室內樂園，結果這次十一月去住時，泳池設施也沒有，住客還要付費才能使用兒童樂園⋯ 相較朋友住的A棟有整修，我們被分配到的B棟整體老舊，沙發都有明顯清不掉的污漬。然後四人房兩晚加起來，平均一晚也要六千，沒設施外加房間老舊的情況下，CP值真的真的很低⋯

身為一個五星級飯店的太糟糕了，設備老舊就算了，清潔度也不夠，房間地上還有食物碎屑跟頭髮，令人感到不舒服，浴室內甚至忘記提供沐浴乳及洗髮精，晚上的櫃台人員態度也是懶懶散散，客人進門都還在滑手機，check-in時的服務態度也是很消極，這連四星級的飯店都不如。一晚同樣的價格，捷絲旅的表現好多了。
