"飯店設施需改善"

設備老舊且部份都需要維修（浴室地排&蓮蓬頭都有損害） 房間很大，適合家庭住宿。但塵蟎嚴重，隔天起床小孩過敏就發作了。 早餐好吃。

設備老舊，沒有打掃乾淨。 冷氣很難調整，一開起來就是過冷。 枕頭不舒服也只有一個。櫃檯人員雖禮貌但是像機器人。整體住宿非常不舒適，比三星的旅館還差

家庭旅遊住了二個晚上，選擇附早餐的房型，住宿環境很不錯，床軟硬適中，但很容易因為旁邊人移動而震動，大致上還算舒適。早餐中西式俱全，可惜二天早餐菜色都一樣，吃得有點膩，然後咖啡是星巴克桶裝已煮好的，不是現煮咖啡。

"非常適合商務"

1.跟一般的商務旅館差不多，房間雖然不新但至少冷氣溫度調整上OK，不會忽冷忽熱。 2.床比較軟、枕頭類似3M的高彈力枕頭，但是衣櫃有味道，不太敢在衣櫃掛衣服。 3.房間鑰只有一把，真的不太OK，大部分都是提供兩個感應房卡，永豐棧酒店是用鑰匙，但家庭房只提供一把實在很不方便。 4.下午4點才能入住，但可以提早寄放行李。

早餐的豆棗沒有了，反應服務人員，但都沒有補齊， 再次跟飯店人員講完後也沒有跟我講到底有沒有，沒有應該也要回覆！！服務人員訓練不足，浴室的蓮蓬頭也太低了，根本沒辦法調高度跟角度，這次住宿經驗不佳
