整體服務與預期的五星飯店符合。不過房間內的設備，需要再更新，所住的家庭房型，書桌上找不任何的插座可以充電，只能在四處的牆壁插座充電。床舖沒有床頭板，也沒有梳妝台或是全身鏡。

房內的清潔不太好，窗沿都是厚厚的污垢，可能我自己鼻子比較容易過敏，房間霉味較重，瘋狂流鼻水打噴嚏早餐用餐等候時間要等20分鐘以上，外面蛋餅都買回來吃完了還等不到，如果行程較趕的，不建議買有早餐的方案
