"Very Good"

It's a small place in a beautiful area. The service was great. Water pressure was good.

We could have used more pillows but couldnt get any because we realized it after the office was closed.

After booking through booking.com and receiving confirmation from hotel they told me they were short staffed and unable to provide a room. Still have yet to receive a refund. I’ve been scammed

"Not good service"

Though the room was nice, the service was horrid. Nobody there to greet you upon arrival (3:30 p.m.). Called number as instructed 36 times before reaching Alex, key box wouldn't open at first. Then to top it off, our room was never made up even though we left around 8:30 a.m. putting request on the door. Upon returning at 3:30 p.m., I contacted Alex to inform him only to be told service had left but he would contact their manager and would call me back. No return call and we had to go buy towels to shower. We weren't the only ones that weren't serviced either. Not a happy traveler here.

It was very clean. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. I cannot wait to bring our grandchildren next time.

I loved the three bed room. This was perfect for what I needed. Certainly made my daughter happy to have her own bed. The fridge was wonderfully cold. Actually caused our water to ice over a bit. The location was quiet and beautiful.

The air conditioning unit was small and only turned on for 30 seconds at a time. The room stayed humid and got really warm overnight. The bathtub had new walls but the tub was not replaced so it was very old and sketchy looking. It was very slippery, too.

Water backed up in sink...queen bed by wall top sheet had hole in it. No grab bar for safety getting in and out of tub.my husband and are 79 years old. Kind of unsafe. Stayed there several years ago when we were in Lancaster.
