No one there in office. Not a good experience to check in. Called and called only to.put into voice mail.

Tv didn't have very many channels.

There was no breakfast sadly. They should bring it back. I loved that there was no carpet in the rooms. Carpets are just kind of gross to have in hotel rooms. Rooms were very spacious. Staff was very responsive.

The property was very clean and fresh. Newly painted and refurbished. Located just outside of town to avoid all the hustle of village life.

Small room, Lack of pillows, (3 for 2 people) Bed was comfortable but creaky.

I reserved a room online. (Credit card was charged) I showed up at the hotel for my stay, there was a sign on the door talking about: self check in / lock box (this was the first I had heard on this, until that point I believed this would be a normal situation with staff on site) The door to the office was locked, there were zero people on the property. I called the phone number on the door that referred to how to proceed with self check-in. It did not work (it was either busy or had been disconnected, I tried multiple times, but could not get the call to go through) I then called the support phone number (different then number on the door) that was in the emailed confirmation they sent me. I called two times, both times I ended up in and automated customer service loop that kept telling me it was there to help, but never actually connected me to speak to anyone. The sum total of those two phone calls was about 50 minutes. I then found another number online, which when they answered I did get to speak to someone, they did handle reservations for this hotel, but they had no record of me or my confirmation number. That is not accurate because as I am speaking to this off shore reservation company I am looking at my phone & my banking app shows a full nights charge for The Harvest Drive Family Inn. What I believe is going on is that they contract with multiple off-shore reservation systems (they aren’t connected to each other in any way that lets one know what other reservations have been placed) The reservation company that I ended up contacting was incapable of actually answering my call (for reasons that I have no idea about) & the phone number that was written in three places on (the big poster on the door to their office where you check in) that supposedly puts you in contact with someone who will give you the code to the lock box on the door of your room (at what is otherwise a 100% empty motel) well, that phone number doesn’t work either. Since they have charged my CC, I will definitely be disputing this transaction. (I did not include screen grab of online confirmation because it has private info on it)

The only good thing was the location.

No WIFI, NO TV, No hot water, room could have been cleaner. Floor could have been swept better. The owner lied about giving us a refund and now booking is dealing with it to try and get my money back but the manager/owner has been silent. I'm honestly shocked because in person he seemed very nice and truly concerned. Then he ghosted us.

The Rooms are accommodating to your needs with up to three beds in one room. Clean, quiet and the prices make it affordable to come.

We had a late check in. Once we arrived we found dark hair throughout one of the beds and traces of what looked to be bedbugs.
