"Our room was clean"

"Staff rude"

I’ve been staying here for a year or so. The room seems to be dirtier than normal and smells. When calling because it’s contactless the guys Alex and Shawn are not nice! Had an issue with my card. Gave it to him twice and he still tried charging a different one.

the refrigerator had been removed and not replaced, the alarm clock was missing, and we had no hot water! the man in the office said they would refund us 20 percent because we had no hot water, but they never did. this was our 4th or 5th stay there, and most likely our last!

"Very Good"

I enjoyed the views and i liked that we didn't have to formally check out, could just leave the keys on the table and go. The check in process was also very easy.

The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked SO loud with every movement.
