"Good hotel with bad showers and horrible breakfast policies"

Hot breakfast and nice rooms besides showers

No walk in shower (old school unclean tubs) , water temperature was hit or miss, most upsetting was not allowed to self serve breakfast (like what?) and was given small portions (I guess the cost it takes to hire someone to serve the food is less than actually providing a generous breakfast)

We knew we would be checking in late.So I called about 6 PM and told them we may not check in until midnight. They assured me my room would be ready just to get the keys from the front desk. At check in, when we tired it turns out our double room was unavailable and they gave my wife and 2 teenage girls a single king room with a broken ac thay wouldnt shut off. They all had to sleep with extra clothes and a hoodie on. Another inconvenience was the lack of usb ports in the room. Most modern hotels have an abundance of them in the room but this one didn't have a single one and the girls do not bring charging blocks
