Needs to be upgraded. Headboard was tore, bathroom faucet was about to come off, steady stream out of same faucet. Location to Air Force base was great.

The staff were pretty friendly. The hotel was close to my location for the navy base

My room had bed bugs. I received 15 bed bug bites and had to be treated. I took pictures. I was in room 305 and looked up the reviews and saw someone else had received bed bugs from that same room as well. I asked them for a refund but was told that booking.com had to sort it out

At first glance it was ok but unfortunately we were greeted by German cockroaches. Not only on the walls but in the bed under the sheets. I stayed there for the proximity to Lackland Air Base but had I known I would have looked a little further even if the price was more. I am not a fan of feeling like roaches could potentially gain access to the inside of our luggage and we'd bring them to our home. I definitely would not stay there again. Unfortunately all I can remember is that part of the stay.
