"Awful"

Terrible. Itched all night because the room was dusty, couldn’t use the shower, TV didn’t work after they provided the remote. Maid vacuumed outside the door way too early in the morning. If we had known of any other option, we would have taken it.

"Many better options in the areal"

Room was hot, A/C compressor was bad and was extremely noisy every time it came on during night. Internet speed was less than 100 Kbps (not Mbps). Dirty carpet—Black “soot” on bottom of my feet from walking around. There are a lot of other hotel options in the area better than this place.

We came to Kilgore for a family wedding. The property is in a safe area, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the water temp/shower worked well (trust me, this isn't something I've experienced in the last 3 hotels I've stayed in), comfy bedding and a range of breakfast option. The ice machine didn't work, but we could get ice from the staff. They didn't have syrup out for the waffles (they had sugar free, but I don't eat sugar free. I eat real syrup). The road noise was significant so if you can, opt to to stay on the opposite site.

"Book with Hampton Inn "
