"Nice place to stay"

We decided to stay here ignoring bad reviews. Glad we did. Hotel is fine. Rooms were comfortable and bed was great. There were some places in bathroom where water damage very small area around shower. Ice machine wasn’t working but desk clerk got ice for me out of kitchen. Breakfast was adequate. Price was great for room at $100 tax and all for the night. Would def stay again if in area!!

"Would stay elsewhere "

Rooms on front get too much road noise. Rooms need updating. Not convenient to downtown area of Kilgore; located north of commercial area, closer to I-20. Good breakfast. Noticed lots of people with dogs, so am assuming pet friendly which is NOT appealing to this reviewer.

Options are limited in Kilgore but I do always try to stay at a Hampton Inn. Staff were all friendly & the room was clean. But WiFi did not really work and none of the treadmills worked. If you need to work from a hotel or utilize fitness area, I would call in advance to confirm

Nice and clean. Love free breakfast. We'll see what they serve tomorrow. Sad two different properties I've been to neither one had a bathtub.
