USThere were ants on the night stand and in the bathroom. the headboard was very worn and so was the night stands.

The front desk clerk downgraded our king room to a queen room. The next day, a different person attempted to tell us that the downsize was an “upgrade.”
Check was ok. Room was great as always, dont know if it was my fault or hotels but felt odd staying in a handicap room
I liked the property.
The hotel was very noisy and i didn't get any sleep. The doors were banging really loud, people getting ice were very loud, and i could hear the people above me stomping on the floor. The mattress on the bed was really lumpy as well. There was no cable tv and evem the basic channels barely worked just like the remote. The remote control barely worked. The hotel internet also went out for awhile.

The only reason why I got a room here was because of the indoor hot tub and swimming pool. Well the hot tub does not work and apparently after reading the reviews now, I don't believe that the hot tub has worked in years. We rented the deluxe king, which has a separate living room area.The first room we checked into was dirty especially the toilet appeared to not have been cleaned which makes a person wonder about the rest of the room. The receptionist was great and put us in a different room. The room is clean (has an old people's powered smell to it though) The beds are awful the king bed and the couch pull out bed. I think we'd have been better sleeping on the floor.. I don't recommend this place and my family and I will not book here again. For the price I've slept in a lot cheaper rooms that were more accommodating.
