Greeted upon arrival, swift check-in, clean rooms! The breakfast is pretty good too.
The staff are the best thing about this hotel - fantastically responsive and helpful, friendly and patient. However, If you are sensitive to smells, this is not the hotel for you. Our room smelled of sweat and a hint of mildew. Breakfast room smelt of febreeze. Rooms definitely need updating - worn carpet and towels. Breakfast buffet functional but nothing special. If you are driving through for the night it gets the job done but there are two other hotels across the parking lot that look newer.

USWell it’s like any other outdated Fairfield. But add in the fact the hotel staff allowed high school age teens to go all night slamming doors. Knocking on random people’s doors. Yell and scream nearly all night. I travel for work and I’m in a different hotel every night. And I definitely will not be back to this hotel. Nor will any of my employees with my company.
The curtains weren't ironed in the room, the room wasn't cleaned on Thursday morning because the person said she didn't speak English when I left the room so she couldn't clean it or provide fresh towels. The phone was not working in the room, the pool was closed. The next day ants were in the room due to the rain, I was relocated to another room. Only 1 elevator was working...The lobby is BEAUTIFUL but the rooms are in need of major repair.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was nice looking. The room smelled a little like body odor and air freshener, the fitness room also had a strange smell to it. I wanted other amenities like pool and hot tub, the website said the pool was not available but hot tub was so I booked in advance. When I arrived, both the pool AND hot tub were not available so I was a bit disappointed.
