Clean and nice staff. Breakfast was clean and fresh
The room was clean but my thing was the sink in the bathroom was leaking and I had to use all the towels plus my own personal towel to keep the water from coming in the room floor was all wet .
We were on a business trip, and it was like a home away from home type of feeling.
The customer service was friendly and impeccable. That were really understanding. An error occurred about my billing after my departure and that team jumped right into operations and reconciled. Those ladies and gentlemen deserve a raise. from my observation.
I stayed here before like a month ago. My previous stay was great. But couple of things disappointed me this time. My mattress was in a pretty bad shape( Room # 204 ). I usually sleep on my back but because of the bad mattress I was forced to sleep on my side which caused a lot of discomfort the whole night. I thought of checking out the fitness center as I had some free time in the morning but unfortunately both the treadmills out there were not working :( Not a good experience this time, may not stay here again.
Pool and hot tub are down for repair, and its hardest most lumpy bed I've sleep on in years
