Radisson Blu Hotel, Cardiff

Good location, room service nice amenities lovely breakfast and staff.

Would have been nice to have hearing instructions as room was cold.

Location is very good

Fittings in the room were falling apart . Floor tiles in bathroom were loose . Had to wait 10 minutes for a staff member to serve us at the main bar .

Great location close to the station and Arena where we were visiting The bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and great bathroom

There was a large stain on the bedroom carpet. Generally not very clean. The hotel felt very tired and in need of a re-furb. Seating in the bar area was torn in many places.

Great location for Cardiff City centre and its fantastic range of shops and restaurants. As always, hotel was clean and comfortable and staff are great.

The bed was uncomfortable and damaged The toilet kept running after flush keeping me up Housekeeping needed restraining: The bathroom needed a clean Women on reception wanted to recharge me for a booking I paid for months ago so kept repeating it was paid until it actually registered in her Brain It was extremely unnecessary to have me repeat myself

Reception staff were good

The room was awful. opened the wardrobe to empty vodka bottles, the curtains looked like they had been hanging and collecting dust for the last 20 years. No idea what star rating this place claimed to be but imagine it would be 2 at a push.
