Perfect location. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely again.

Wasn't too happy about leaving our case in the foyer while we had another look around the area.

Close to the town centre

A sock was haging from the smoke alarm on the ceiling....the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower wasn't clean... lots of soap scum up the walls

Location and clean hotel .staff always lovely

Breakfast ..not the fault ot the staff at all but all the food was gone by 10.15 and the staff struggled to top it up .the coffee machines had no Beans. Pastries were all gone etc with still 45 mins to go . Staff need more support during busy time , some guests were not pleasant to the staff and they don't deserve to be out in that position . We have stayed here before and never seen it this bad

"Radisson price for a Travelodge standard."

Location suited us Able to check in ok at 9pm Free cancellation when booking it.

The room (406) was in desperate need of a new carpet and clean up. Stains, bits missing from the carpet made it look dirty and not what you'd expect from a Radisson. Furniture outdated and also showed over the top wear and tear. Luckily we weren't in the room for long! Haven't stayed in such a grotty room for a long time. £150 an insult for the room.

"Great hotel expensive parking"

Perfect location , spacious and comfortable room lovely breakfast buffet

Staff were not that friendly at checkin - could have been more personable . Car parking very expensive this added £40 to our stay for 1 night

"Perfect definition of day light robbery"

Location

I did not like how the property treated me and how they charged me for their mistakes. I turned up on day 2 of a 3 day stay which I had paid for in advance and then they claimed that I was a no-show and they had therefore cancelled my booking! They turned me away dead in the night on a very cold wintery day. And there bad behaviour didnt stop there, they attempted not to refund anything until I complained to booking.com. At this point they said that they would only charge me for the 1st night and refund the cost of the two nights. Sounded sensible until they took more than 2-thirds of my money as cost of the first night! Imagine this yet at the time of booking the nights were costing the same! This is plain thuggery and it appears to be a syndicate between booking.com who conveniently told me that it is up to the property to decide what to refund if at all! Bunch of thugs! If a room is paid for and we show up within our stay, how then can you say we were a no-show and then go ahead and take our money? They can be sure that they have not heard the last of this from me!😎
