Vangelis Hotel & Suites

Just returned from our 7th stay at this hotel and our 2nd this year for my 60th birthday. Everything is as fantastic as before, reception staff said welcome home to us which was lovely as they had rendered us from over the years, we had a beautiful room with an amazing sea view. The restaurant staff were fantastic again especially Alex, Hamnad and Maria. Food was lovely but it always is especially the salads. 🥗 the 18+ pool bar staff were All amazing and remembered our drinks order from June ( which we thought was pretty fantastic). I was glad to see that lobby had another bar person on as in June there was just the one guy who was rushed off his feet and then people weren’t getting served for. Long period of time. The housekeeping staff were great and our room was always spotlessly cleaned when we asked for it…. Pool area was great too, as I’m a very early morning riser I often sat at pool and the staff worked very hard, cleaning everything and polishing the chrome from showers to steps of pool. Overall this extra break this year was fantastic and can’t wait to return in m June 26 for our 8th visit. Thank you Vangelis staff Enjoy your hard earned winter break Xxxx

Beautiful place. Loads of choices with food and drinks. Atmosphere was buzzing, good entertainment throughout the day and at night. Loads of places to go to on rhe outside of the strip.

We booked up for 1 week - 17 - 24th September 2025. This is an amazing hotel with everything you could think of available to you. The room, including balcony, overlooked the large pool area. It was spacious with a large comfortable bed, large powerful shower, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space including bath robe and slippers. The food on offer; breakfast, lunch and evening was the best I've ever seen. Everything from fresh bread daily, fish, pork, lamb, chicken, salads and veg , to a honey comb!. 🐝 . A free ala carte voucher was issued for their separate restaurant and food there was delicious. Snack bar available during day. Downside is that balcony restaurant allowed smoking but there is an option to sit indoors. The staff all spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The hotel grouds were spotless and cleaned regularly. The location is in the middle of the strip with lots of pubs with live music and restaurants. Bus stop over the road and buses come every 15 minutes to Ayai Napa and other scenic locations. The price we paid was slightly more than we usually pay but everywhere is increasing prices. Overall, a fantastic week for us and we have booked up again for next year for similar price.

Receptionist with grey hair not so pleasant seemed abrupt and served other before us whine we were first in queue. Food is below average not a lot to choose from very basic food and not enough meat. Other staff in hotel are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy with thanks to the maids. Pool is freezing cold and is in shade majority of afternoon shadowed by hotel blocks. Wouldn’t rush back as room had sea view and all we could hear is the night life from neighbouring bars and traffic.

Wow what can I say this was our 4th time here and it just gets better and better each year , already booked for Sept 2026 and may try and get over before , we just love it there , staff are amazing from the hotel management to the cleaning staff , nothing is too much trouble for anything needed . What I also think is lovely is that your remembered year on year . We had a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine and fruit delivered and a congratulations card as we celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary while there which I thought was a beautiful touch by the staff . The food is also lovely there’s is something for everyone. It’s in a great location straight off the strip but once your door was closed you couldn’t hear anything . We always have a double deluxe room with a pool view and ask to be high up that way we get the pool and sea view which is lovely if you just want to sit on the balcony and chill out . Can’t wait to come back and not been home a day . Thankyou to all the Team at the Vangelis for a very memorable 10 days with you .

Everything was perfect – from the warm welcome at the reception, the cleanliness of the common areas, the pool area, and of course, the fantastic and stylish room. I even tried the spa, which I must say exceeded expectations – Diana's warm welcome and Fatma's skillful massage. Central location, zero noise levels and value for money made the experience even better!

feeling luxury and love, it was a great stay with very unique service and hospitality. sure will go back soon to have another relaxing experience.

We would stay here again. The junior suite was excellent in regards to space cleanliness and facilities. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was a great gym and good spa facilities. The room was quite soundproof and all the above contributed to a lovely holiday.

Location on the hotel is very good, right near the main avenue and 200 m to the beach. Atmosphere si chill and pleasant. Rooms are big and clean. Value is fair. Noise level low. Service very good. Amenities are various and good quality. Mr. Dheeraj from reception was very helpful and offered to us all the necessary information for thr greates vacation.

When we went to our room, the first room had a hole in the ceiling. We mentioned it and got a new room, which was good. The food was mostly good, I would have liked more fruit and berries. Breakfast was the same every morning. Lunch and dinner varied. The pool area was good and the customer service was mostly good, thanks especially to the waiters working at the k18 pool. They were really nice! :) A few waiters at the buffet laughed at us when we ordered water or Coca-Cola at lunch and dinner, this seemed annoying and inappropriate to me. We don't drink wine or beer, so we didn't order that. That's a minus. Maybe we could discuss this, if I was pregnant or because of some illness I didn't drink alcohol, would it be funny? The main experience was good though, the location is close to everything. We were on our honeymoon
